How quickly will I receive a valuation?
During business hours, we aim to provide an initial valuation within 60 minutes once we have the reference, condition and clear photographs.
When is same-day payment available?
When an offer is accepted before 3pm, payment can normally be made the same business day after the watch passes authentication and ownership checks.
Can you collect my watch?
Yes. We can arrange a fully insured UK collection, or meet by private appointment in Sussex. Collection arrangements depend on value and location.
Do I need the box and papers?
No. They may influence value, but we regularly consider watches without either. Tell us exactly what accompanies the watch and we will value it accordingly.
